We are seeking a Digital Fundraising Lead to help us accelerate our individual giving and digital fundraising programme to drive long-lasting improvements for millions of farmed animals.

This is a brand new role as we continue to grow our Development Team. It's an exciting time to join us, to help us meet ambitious targets and put your stamp on our digital fundraising programme, which is vital to our future stability.

We're looking for someone with a strong background in digital fundraising, with demonstrable experience of analysing, assessing and utilising data, making the most of technical solutions and making informed decisions to optimise and enhance fundraising performance. You’ll have good experience working with CRMs and donor data and a proven track record of delivering digital fundraising strategies and successful digital fundraising campaigns, as well as developing supporter journeys.

• The role is remote, UK based, reporting into the Head of Development.
• The starting salary is £41,873 or £46,061 for Inner London Weighting.
• This is a full time position of 37.5 hours per week over Monday to Friday. However, from 1st July 2024 we are piloting a 4 day working week for 12 months (30 hours a week with no reduction in salary).
