Hi there,

Does your team avoid giving critical, but necessary feedback to one another? Is the lack of feedback hindering your organization from achieving its goals? Does not giving feedback cause misunderstandings or mixed-up expectations in the team?

We’re looking for up to 10 organizations or teams to pilot our first course on Feedback Skills.

Scarlet Spark is creating this new free resource for animal advocacy orgs to develop leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

How PSAP On Demand works:

• You'll schedule a 2-hour block of time for your team or entire organization (we recommend a group of up to 15 people, but the exact number is up to you) in July.
• We'll give everyone access to a recorded workshop that you will take together live, with prompts to pause, practice, and discuss the concepts together.
• You and your team will give us their candid feedback on the experience so we can keep improving the PSAP On Demand format and produce more easy-to-access workshops.
