New Roots Institute is a growing nonprofit that educates people across the country on factory farming’s devastating impacts on people, animals, and the planet, and empowers them to advocate for systemic change in their communities. Our approach is designed to build significant and lasting capacity for the movement to end factory farming.

As the Technology and Data Architect at New Roots Institute, you will be the strategic architect of our technological ecosystem, transforming our technology and data into a powerful engine for social impact. In this pivotal role, you'll design, implement, and maintain a robust technology and data infrastructure that enables our team to make mission-critical decisions with precision and confidence. You'll be the critical bridge between technology and impact, ensuring that our data becomes a strategic asset. By optimizing our technological infrastructure, you'll directly contribute to our ability to track, understand, and amplify our programmatic effectiveness.

The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise with a passion for social impact, understanding that technology is not just about systems, but about creating pathways to meaningful change.
