To celebrate the amazing work of our DefaultVeg Student Ambassadors this year, Better Food Foundation posted a blog highlighting their recent achievements (plus a few other nudges popping up at universities!). Much of this work was achieved in collaboration with New Roots Institute, which supports and trains these students as they work with us. Here are just a few of their accomplishments:

Cornell University not only eliminated its plantmilk upcharge, but also its dairy default across all of campus! This is particularly noteworthy because Cornell runs a dairy farm on campus.

Nine new clubs and departments at New York University have committed to DefaultVeg for their events and catering.

University of San Diego eliminated its plantmilk upcharge across campus after two successful oatmilk by default pilots at its Aromas Cafe.
