How a small Sussex town became the first in Europe to endorse the Plant Based Treaty

When we were preparing to launch Plant Based Treaty, some said we were ahead of our time and we'd never get a single city to endorse the treaty. Nearly three years later, and we are getting close to 30! In the UK, it all started with the small Sussex town of Haywards Heath, which paved the way for others like Edinburgh, Belfast, Norwich, Lambeth and Exmouth to endorse.
