We have great news to share! Terminal Pesquero Cevichería, a Peruvian restaurant with 8 locations, began sourcing cage-free eggs since this year.

Timeline: First contact in February, continuous follow-up until achieving the commitment.

Who: Compromiso Verde

Unsuccessful Tactics: Sending the price list of the main cage-free egg producers after our meeting didn't work because they were discouraged by the prices.

Successful Tactics: Providing updates on recent cage-free commitments motivated them to join and make their own commitment.

Scalability: This commitment is important because this restaurant has 8 locations.
