RFP: Seeking Project Management Trainer for AAC team

Hi FAST,

AAC is seeking a Project Management Trainer to deliver a live, virtual workshop specifically designed for our internal team. This training is part of our commitment to continuously improving how we work together to maximise our impact for animals.
 

Who we are:
AAC is a small nonprofit working to accelerate the end of animal suffering by helping people pursue high-impact careers in animal advocacy. Our team of eight works remotely from across the globe, collaborating on career services, recruitment programs, and research that supports the movement’s long-term success.

What we need:
We’re looking for a trainer who can guide our team through the fundamentals of project management—nothing overly technical or software-based, but rather a practical and accessible overview of how to better structure, plan, and execute our projects.

🛠️ Workshop specs:

• ~2 hours, including discussion and Q&A
• Delivered live via Zoom
• Focused on core concepts: scoping, timelines, stakeholder roles, execution strategy
• Designed specifically for small nonprofit operations
   

👤 Ideal trainer will have:

• Experience running engaging, virtual workshops
• Solid knowledge of project management best practices (PMP or similar is a plus)
• Familiarity with nonprofit environments or small team dynamics
• Great communication and a collaborative training style
