Join the Impactful Policy Careers Accelerator: a fully-funded, intensive programme that prepares talented individuals like you to create meaningful change through policy careers, with a focus on sustainable food systems and agricultural transformation.
The program is free of charge for selected candidates.
We welcome ambitious professionals from diverse backgrounds who are committed to creating a just, fair and sustainable food system through policy. Whether you're a recent graduate or have years of experience, your unique perspective could be valuable in policy-making.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or higher (minimum EQF 6 level)
- Strong language skills:
- C1 level in English, French, or German
- B2 level in another European language
- EU citizenship
- Ability to participate a full-time week in March 2025
WHAT MAKES YOU STAND OUT
- Professional experience in politics, policy, or law
- International experience through study, work, or volunteering
- Additional language certifications
- Notable academic achievements
- Pragmatic approach to creating change
We imagine we could be excited about a range of different profiles but here are some concrete example of possible profiles:
- You have a bachelor in European Studies, Economics, law, political science, philosophy, veterinary medicine or biotechnology.
- You have 5+ years of work experience and want to pivot into an impactful policy career.
- You are already working on policy in a member state and want to accelerate your career in European politics in Brussels.
- You have 20+ years of work experience and are looking for a meaningful shift in your career to work on food system change.
We believe that diverse perspectives strengthen policy-making. Your unique background - whether in sciences, humanities, or professional experience - could bring valuable insights to a policy career.
